    We offer free shipping worldwide* for orders $200 and over. Duties and taxes are not included and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office. Orders within Australia, New Zealand and the US are shipped via Australia Post, and international orders are shipped via DHL Express and FedEx. Shipping rates for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout. Flat rate shipping fees apply for the US, Israel, and Greenland.

    For orders outside Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and the UK, taxes and duties may apply as determined by your local customs authorities. Refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items and offer full refunds, exchanges, or 110% store credit. For sanitary reasons, all briefs and socks are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We do not cover the return shipping costs. We offer 100% store credit for sale items, excluding final sale items.

    Please note: for US returns, a $5 USD fee per item will apply to help cover non-refundable import duties we’ve prepaid on your behalf.
