Homer’s epic poem “The Odyssey”. Penelope is the name of Odysseus’ wife. Penelope means “weaver”. My husband and I have always loved that name. Therefore, we were sure that Penelope was the perfect name for our little girl.
My favourite place in the world is…
Our home in Copenhagen. I love our apartment.

The perfect morning is…
Every morning when my daughter wakes me up. I drink black tea with oat milk and honey. For breakfast I have oats, almonds, raisins, cinnamon, and coconut flakes with some plant based milk. Then I put Penelope to sleep for her first nap of the day and I take a long shower followed by dry brushing my body and then I use all my favourite beauty products. At the moment it is all about nourishing oils, hydrating facials creams and refreshing mists.
