due to a high volume of orders during collection launches and sales, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to dispatch. this includes orders with express shipping.

we offer free shipping worldwide* for orders $200 and over. orders within Australia, New Zealand and America are shipped via AusPost, and international orders are shipped via DHL Express and FedEx. shipping rates for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout. flat rate shipping fees apply for America, Israel, and Greenland.

for orders outside Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and the UK, taxes and duties may apply as determined by your local customs authorities. refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus a $50AUD return shipping fee.

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items and offer full refunds, exchanges, or 110% store credit. for sanitary reasons, all briefs and socks are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. we do not cover the return shipping costs. we offer 100% store credit for sale items, excluding final sale items which are not returnable.

for all refunds, a $5AUD fee will apply to cover restocking costs. this does not apply to exchanges and store credit.
